RCA Halloween Block Party!

Neighbors in Rollingwood enjoyed a Halloween Block Party hosted by the RCA! There was a costume contest (with prizes!), crafts, games, pizza and music! 

Everyone in the neighborhood was invited. RCA provided pizza and snacks and with the aim to make sure everyone was fed for trick or treating.
